Midsummer Acro festival: four days of nature, community, and movement!

The event starts on Thursday at 19.00 with a delicious dinner, followed by the opening circle and the first round of Acro!

Located in the magical village of Stjärnsund, the festival offers Acro, Yoga, massage, handstand, hike, slackline, and open training. All surrounded by nature, facilitated by Gabi, Fabio, Mathias, Kira Rabenstein and the warm hospitality of Fridhem! More fantastic teachers will be announce.

On Friday, we attend the unique Acro games at the traditional midsummer pole dance ceremony! More AcroYoga workshops will follow right after to keep your energy high! 

In the evening, blissful relaxation will come to you in the form of Thai Yoga massage.

Saturday morning, the Yoga flow prepares you for breakfast, while AcroYoga keeps your playfulness high right after! 

During lunchtime, you can choose to explore the lake on a canoe, hike in the forest or just relax in the sun, while the afternoon is enriched by more Acro. 

We will light up the evening with more workshops, a show and a dance party! If you have any skill you would like to share during the show, feel free to bring the equipment you need or contact us in case you wonder if we already have it.

For Sunday, we offer more Yoga, Acro, and fun activities – we cannot wait to share an incredible solstice weekend with you!

Add:

- Accommodation is for 3 nights (Thursday to Sunday)

- Meals include dinner on Thursday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday, while being 3 meals on Friday and Saturday. They also include afternoon fika.

Not included:

- Bedsheets and towels 

- Room cleaning upon departure

- Transportation (900sek in a shared minibus from and return to Stockholm Odenplan)

Transport

If you decide to join the van, we will meet at approximately 16.00 in Odenplan, Stockholm, on Thursday and be back at approximately 18 or 19 on Sunday at the same location. More precise info will be provided a few weeks prior to the festival.

Cancelation Policy:

Cancellations made before 20th of April will be refundable, minus admin fee of 200sek. Cancellations made between 21st of April and 22th of June will require a medical certificate and are refundable by 75%.
