Plan for the course:
In the first weeks we will clean up tempos and straight throws in basic icarians (such as: Bird to chair and, Straight throws in American chair). Fine-tuning techniques to create more height and precision.

The following weeks we will working on linking icarians, discover new variations and learn dynamic tricks.
We will build from the ground up and only move forward as fast as the group is ready for - our main priority is to have FUN, connect with each other and build a strong community.

This training builds on nerdy techniques to create the foundations for the craziest tricks. Join to get real-good at tossing people while having lots of fun in the process!
