We have 30 pairs of ice skates, the lake is plowed and you can walk around it or skate! There is a cross-country skiing track around the lake. There are a variety of old-fashioned cross-country skies to borrow. We are having an evening fire under the stars

The goal of The Acro Way is to instill a lifelong love of self improvement in all the areas that makes a person a good acro teacher.
You will not only learn how to teach basic skills, but they will be challenged to learn new types of acro at the same time they learn to teach them.
Communication and authentic relating drills will be spread throughout to aid with effective and compassionate transmission of information.

AcroYoga weekend in the Swedish archipelago!
I had my first AcroYoga weekend retreat at Vässarö together with @Matschine. it was a magical time and all our students were wonderful, invited each other and supported one another. It was a mixed leveled group and it was incredible to see how the experienced AcroYogis were teaching the less experienced. We had so much laughter, forest walks, visiting forest elves, sauna, cold swimms in the ocean and full days of AcroYoga! Now we’re planning the next one!
