We’re thrilled to welcome you to our Teacher Training! With that excitement comes a commitment to high standards—we’re here to help you elevate both your personal AcroYoga practice and your teaching skills.
This training is taught at an intermediate level, and to ensure everyone gets the most out of this intensive experience, we require a certain level of proficiency before joining. Our goal is to create a supportive, aligned group where everyone is ready to dive deep—both in acro skills and in learning how to teach effectively.
To join, you should have at least 6 months to 1 year of consistent AcroYoga practice before the training begins. These prerequisites are in place to make sure you have a solid foundation to grow from, allowing you to fully receive all the tools, techniques, and experiences this training has to offer.
The pre-requisites are meant to show us where you are currently in your practice. You do not need to have mastered all of the skills perfectly, but should have some successful attempts at each one of them.
Have a passion & enthusiasm to share AcroYoga with others as a practitioner and a teacher. Develop your unique way of doing so with the support of this training. Connected to the Acro spirit of trust, support & playfulness!
