During 8 weeks we will explore the powerful realisation of acrobatic partnership with teachers Tobias Strollo and Gabriella Bergbäck. We will work with solid foundationing to be able to move into more advanced acrobatic movement and washing machines.

REQUIREMENTS This course is not for beginners, and participants will need to have regular AcroYoga practice, and: - Base or fly Back plank with range of motion and presses. - Base or fly Star with range of motion and presses - Base of fly Reverse inside Star with range of motion and presses - Base or fly Ninja star
