New Year and New exciting advanced Acro with Gabi & Tobi!
We are looking forward to share with new fun acro tricks, washing machines and new flows! At a our super great venue with high ceiling at Epic, lot´s of space, and great sound!
During 8 weeks we will explore the powerful realisation of acrobatic partnership with teachers Tobias Strollo and Gabi Acro.
We build a solid foundation and move into more advanced acrobatics and washing machines!

REQUIREMENTS
This course is not for beginners, and participants will need to have regular AcroYoga practice, and as a minimum safely fly or base a Ninja star.

VENUE
We´ve manage to book a super-venue (thanks Jenny Elfsö) which enables us to have plenty of distance between all trios, and thus create a really safe training environment.
Not only large - but also high ceilings, with great sound (!) and light, chandeliers - and easily accessible near the Globen, psyched!

CORONA
As we all know, a pandemic is going on, and we of course follow current recommendations and our super large venue means that each trio will have 4x4 meters (16 sqm)!
If during the course you only want to work with a fixed trio, that works great. If you prefer to work with different groups, that is fine too. Always ask the person before you train together!
When it comes to training partners, we believe in individual responsibility. For the group as a whole, otherwise hand washing, spacing, etc - you know the drill.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Gabriella is a certified AcroYoga- and Vinyasa Yoga teacher and she is giving workshops, retreats and courses worldwide since 2009 in Sweden, USA, Europe and South East Asia. Gabriella’s style of teaching is encouraging every student to listen and find their own teacher within. Gabriella has studied circus acrobatics in the Swedish circus school and she has completed 2 trainings in Lahu village in northern Thailand and she has also studied ThaiYoga massage with various leading TYMA teachers. She co-founded the AcroYoga community in Stockholm together with Tobias Strollo.
Tobias Strollo is an inspiring teacher who offers a playful and physically challenging alternative to other yoga. Along with Gabriella Bergbäck he founded AcroYoga Stockholm in 2009, and have been teaching regularly in Stockholm since then. Tobias has studied acroyoga and acrobatics with many teachers in Israel, India, USA & the Netherlands. Acroyoga is strength, presence, laughter and a way of life - in constant curiosity and development.
