This course is not for beginners, and participants will need to have regular AcroYoga practice, and as a minimum safely fly or base a Ninja star.

If during the course you only want to work with a fixed trio, that works great. If you prefer to work with different groups, that is fine too. Always ask the person before you train together!
When it comes to training partners, we believe in individual responsibility. For the group as a whole, otherwise hand washing, spacing, etc - you know the drill.

ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Gabi encourages every student to feel safe, included and ready to explore playfulness and trust! We learn to lean towards each other and become stronger together! Creating a community of playfulness.
Gabi is a certified AcroYoga International teacher and has studied acrobatics and circus art at the Swedish Circus School, Cirkus Cirkor. Certified Vinyasa & Hatha yoga teacher. She teaches Thai yoga massage and has studied Thai Yoga massage with Sunshine Network in Thailand. Since 2009 she co-founded AcroYoga Stockholm and has been actively teaching world wide creating space for trust, playfulness and connection to blossom!
Tobias Strollo is an inspiring teacher who offers a playful and physically challenging alternative to other yoga. Along with Gabriella Bergbäck he founded AcroYoga Stockholm in 2009, and have been teaching regularly in Stockholm since then. Tobias has studied acroyoga and acrobatics with many teachers in Israel, India, USA & the Netherlands. Acroyoga is strength, presence, laughter and a way of life - in constant curiosity and development.
